TROY ? The Northwestern High School doubles team of Megan Asterino and MacKenzie Jenkins won the Division II sectional tournament for the second consecutive season, beating the Milton-Union team of Sally Trout and Kaci Finfrock 6-3, 6-1 at Troy High School on Saturday, Oct. 4.

The public school teacher and administrator established a citywide program to help students learn how to legislate. M alcolm Austin Dutterer Jr., a retired Baltimore public school educator and administrator who established a citywide civics program for students, died Sept. 10 of a heart attack at his Carney home. He was 71.
